Cognos Consultants

Due to a high demand for our Cognos services, we’re seeking several qualified Cognos Consultants. Applicants must be self-starters, who can perform with minimal supervision, while adding value to cross-functional teams. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills are also required. In addition to the qualifications listed above (please see the Business Intelligence Consultants job description), the ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Powerplay OLAP cubes (Analysis Studio)
• Enterprise Reporting using ReportNet (Report Studio)
• Budgeting and forecasting with Cognos Analyst/Enterprise Planning
• Scorecards using Metrics Studio
• Decision Stream for data extraction
• Metadata (relational and OLAP)
• Performance tuning and security implementation
• ETL process and development of queries in DBMS/RDBMS environments
• Task automation and Windows scripting
• Full project lifecycle development including requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout
• Managing consulting engagements
