Data Warehouse and ETL Developers

As a Data Warehouse and ETL Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering proven, high-quality solutions to companies of all types and sizes, and will work with clients to evaluate their needs, recommend appropriate technologies and plans, and provide leadership in implementing and delivering completed solutions. Candidates should be experienced (certification is a plus) in three or more of the following skills and technologies:

• Data warehouses, including enterprise architecture design and data modeling
• Relational databases – Oracle, SQL Server, and/or DB2 preferred
• Implementing ETL concepts and third-party tools such as Oracle Data Warehouse Builder, Informatica, or Ascential
• OLAP tools (Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, Microstrategy, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data, identify/define business rules, and implement transformation logic necessary for the movement of data
• Strong conceptual grasp of multi-dimensional modeling
• Understanding of data access requirements including transactional data access, business query, and business analytics
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical users
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Superior organizational and analytical skills
